Grey Plumbers PTFE Thread Seal Tape

A high density PolyTetraFluroEthylene (PTFE) tape manufactured from a flurocarbon based polymer, it is specifically designed to blend in with chrome finishes and is prefect for use on threaded metal pipe joints.

Easy to use with water and gas, it is ideally used on clean, dry, dust, oil and any other element free metal thread surfaces.

This tape:

• Is non-flammable
• Is breakdown resistant (especially with bending and vibrations)
• Has an unlimited shelf life
• Is suitable for all pipe sizes
• Is chemically resistant to MOST known gases, fluids, oils, solvents , gases and acids
• Will not melt, burn, drip, dissolve, harden or become brittle
