Hot Water Supplies delivers new hot water systems, as well as any accessories ordered in conjunction with and for the same location, free of charge to most Australian metro areas. For areas outside this, please contact us directly for exact shipping fees.
The cost of shipping for any spare parts will be on a individual basis, depending on weight, size, delivery location etc. Whilst shipping will be calculated during the purchasing process this may change, as we supply a huge area of Australia, we will try to absorb costs were we can, but in a ever changing world in some cases this is not possible, we can not and will contact you directly should this effect your order. Should this happen we will refund 100% of any monies paid if you do not wish to proceed
Please note, once you have placed an order with Hot Water Supplies, any cancellations after 1 hour from order may be subject to fees, we do work very fast to get your goods out and sometimes your hot water system or spare parts could be en-route or sealed in a non refundable express postage bag/parcel. Further, any order returned or cancelled post-delivery may also incur a restocking fee., we are incredible fair and will work with you to the best of our ability that we all are satisfied with. Any orders placed before 12.00pm on a working day will aim to be dispatched that same working day, but this will be product and delivery location dependent. Orders place after 2.00pm Monday to Friday cannot be guaranteed same day dispatch, even if the product is in stock.
Once your item has been dispatched, the team at Hot Water Supplies will send you an email to notify you of this and the estimated time of arrival.
Please note: Deliveries are generally carried out Monday to Friday only. Any orders processed over a weekend, long weekend or public holiday will be dispatched the next business day if possible.
If your hot water system or part/s have not arrived within the specified time frame, please contact us on 1300 728 122 immediately and we will get in touch with the carrier to investigate further. We aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible but, in some cases, delays may be experienced. We will endeavour to keep you updated as often as possible.
Once you receive your item, please make sure you thoroughly check the order. If there are any concerns with the accuracy of your order, or if the item is damaged, broken or parts are missing, please contact us immediately and clearly explain the issue so we can rectify it asap.
It is extremely important you don’t proceed with installation if an item is damaged during transit. Call us first and we’ll find the perfect solution.
In majority of cases, your item/s will be with you in two (2) working days, with public holidays being the exception.
