This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other written agreement you may have with Hot Water Supplies for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the website.
Any items purchased must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
We accept a variety of payment methods including:
No liability for any claim of damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies us directly by email or telephone within 48 hours of the item being delivered. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of us, Hot Water Supplies, or where the manufacturers’ replacement policy extends the deadline.
No liability for any claim for missing items such as manuals shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
All the prices included on this website are for products and spare parts only. Installation of any product or part will be in addition to this and will be at the cost of you, the purchaser.

Hot Water Supplies offers professional installation services and we would love to deliver and install your hot water system or hot water system part/s. Please call us on 1300 728 122 and speak to one of our friendly staff to get an accurate quote.
Most of our hot water system (not parts) prices include delivery to most Australian metro areas. If you are outside a metro area, please call us on 1300 728 122 and will provide a quote for delivery to your specific area.
Deliver of hot water system spare parts is managed on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly for any questions or for an accurate quote.
Once your item/s are dispatched we are not responsible for any damage inflicted on the item or for any unexpected time delays caused by the freight facility. Please refer to the making a claim section above.

Please note: We only deliver Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
All products sold by Hot Water Supplies are brand new, have never been unused and carry a standard manufactures warranty.
Hot Water Supplies takes exceptional pride in the quality of products we sell. Every one of our products are carefully selected and are thoroughly check, where possible, for defects and damage prior to dispatch.
If a product is found to be faulty or fails within the warranty period, contact our office directly and we will arrange a service call to either fix or replace the item. Alternatively, you can contact the manufacture directly. Replacement will be at the discretion of the tradesperson investigating the issue and will fall in line with manufactures warranty guidelines.
If an item that is correctly supplied and is in good working order is returned, Hot Water Supplies reserve the right to determine the best outcome for the circumstance. If the return is accepted, a handling fee may be charged to which you will be liable to pay.
All product headings, specifications tables and dimensions shown for each product are for illustrative purposes only and should be checked against the supplier headings, specification tables and dimensions. Hot Water Supplies will not be responsible for any discrepancy with this information. The supplier’s information takes precedent over any product specific information, except price.
If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in Queensland and shall in all respects be governed by Queensland Law. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all prices and product details shown on this website are correct and up to date, this cannot be guaranteed as availability of products and pricing information from suppliers can change without notice.
